Responsibilities
- Lead Innovation Strategy: Define and execute the strategic vision for Project 2026, identifying high-potential emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR).
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry shifts and technological disruptions.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before mass adoption.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic roadmaps and technical concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Partnership Building: Establish relationships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource allocation for long-term experimental projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
