Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global technology trends, specifically focusing on AI evolution, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration, to build a robust 2026 roadmap.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, assessing their viability for integration into our core product suite and operational infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Roadmap Execution: Oversee the development of the '2026 Vision' initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals and regulatory standards.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of forward-thinking and continuous learning by mentoring junior strategists and organizing 'Future Labs' workshops.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor advancements in futuristic tech stacks to maintain our market leadership position.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a strategic planning, product management, or technical consultancy role, with a focus on future technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and pivot organizational strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
