Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI-driven operational workflows for cross-functional teams.
- Analyze labor market trends and technological advancements to forecast operational needs for 2026.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into daily business processes.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, or a similar technical role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, OpenAI API).
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
