- Develop and maintain a 2026+ innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development pipelines
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technology adoption
- Design scenario-planning models for volatile future environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
