Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptive forces across global markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published work in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-strategy implementations
