Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Author thought leadership reports on future disruptions and competitive positioning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development and investment priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for large enterprises
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven storytelling ability
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic transformations
