Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future AI Strategy Architect to define the technological roadmap for 2026 and beyond. Nexus Horizon AI is at the forefront of next-generation intelligence, and we need a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives in Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Neural Network optimization. You will work closely with C-level executives to ensure our infrastructure is ready for the rapid advancements expected in the 2026 tech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI products leading up to and through the 2026 technological horizon.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy next-gen AI models.
- Conduct research into emerging trends such as Multimodal AI and Quantum-enhanced Machine Learning.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex research into market-ready solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications and large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the current AI landscape and the foresight to anticipate 2026 requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
