Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the development of proprietary neural architectures designed for 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Quantum Integration: Design hybrid algorithms that bridge classical machine learning with quantum computing paradigms.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists in best practices for ethical AI and model explainability.
- Publication: Author and present high-impact research papers at top-tier global AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate concepts using our internal cloud infrastructure and GPU clusters.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex research into deployable consumer and enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
