Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory systems and accurate records
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks using proper techniques
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid government-issued ID (required for background check)
- Reliable transportation to Port Street location
