Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document all troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions
- Install and configure workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
