Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
- Attend daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
- Track and manage leads using our CRM software to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
