Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient daily care routines including bathing, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and report patient status changes to clinical staff
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Transport patients safely within facility using proper equipment
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid CPR certification (provided during training if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for rotating shifts including weekends
