Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities under supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.)
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Transport patients safely within medical facilities
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Follow HIPAA compliance protocols strictly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as part of the care team
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation to work shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for evening/weekend rotations
