Your Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and solutions to their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by providing clear instructions and support.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
