Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist new and existing clients with product troubleshooting and account setup to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell products to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and retention teams to address client concerns and drive revenue.
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications
