Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members on internal processes.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Monitor service metrics to ensure team targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
