As an Entry Level Representative, you will play a critical role in onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path to management for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process to ensure a seamless transition and immediate value.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Monitor account performance and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication: Articulate complex product information to clients in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to align on client goals and strategies.
- Retention: Implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
