Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide product information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
