Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and explain their benefits to clients.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and weekly training sessions to stay updated on company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.

- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth office.
