What You Will Do:
As an Entry Level Representative, you will be the face of NexGen Solutions. Your primary focus will be ensuring our clients receive world-class support while identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
