Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our product ecosystem.
- Monitor client accounts to identify upselling opportunities and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve complex client issues.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with key accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new software and tools quickly.
