Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues with patience and efficiency.
- Product Advocacy: Educate clients on platform features to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately log interactions and feedback into our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
- Retention: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required—we provide the training!
- Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating web browsers and basic computer applications.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to San Antonio, TX.
