Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Troubleshooting: Assist clients with technical inquiries and resolve common software or service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and account status within our CRM system.
- Training: Complete our structured, paid training program to master our products, services, and sales processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet monthly targets.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and communicate product improvements to the internal development team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we train all candidates from the ground up.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
