Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document all customer interactions accurately in Salesforce and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet performance metrics for resolution time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Identify and report systemic issues to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable but not required
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for shift work (including weekends)
