- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Assist clients with account information, billing questions, and service details
- Document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service skills
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new software
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa Street location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
