Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and empathy.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues or escalate them to senior management when necessary.

- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
