Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and answer product-related questions efficiently and accurately.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM database systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance goals and KPIs.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to assist customers with additional needs or services.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer inquiries or software improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Availability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
