As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our internal CRM system.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
