Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process and verify customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and update customer records in the internal database system.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to address complex customer issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for hybrid/remote setup).
