Responsibilities
- Receive and handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services, providing clear and accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues and share best practices.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Reliable computer access and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
