Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and high satisfaction scores.
- Build rapport with clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to address complex escalations and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Participate in daily team meetings to align on performance goals and service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell services and improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business or communications is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications quickly.
