- Resolve customer concerns efficiently using our CRM system and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database for quality tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
- Meet daily performance metrics including response time and satisfaction targets
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
