Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Document detailed customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during peak business hours.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
