Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams prototyping human-AI symbiosis interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to identify acquisition targets
- Author thought leadership publications on tech convergence trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (FDA, FCC, GDPR) for novel tech
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization initiatives
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
