Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to trauma and ICU patients
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient records with precision
- Maintain emergency response readiness
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact accepted)
- 2+ years ICU/Trauma experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (nights/weekends)
