Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable systems, focusing on AI integration and cloud migration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of long-term technical strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and high ROI.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing successful technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture, AI, and enterprise software solutions.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
