- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and oversee vendor ecosystem optimization
- Present future tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation lab teams and foster entrepreneurial culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strategic PMP or CTO certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling global tech teams across 3+ continents
