Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Establish rigorous ethical frameworks and safety protocols to mitigate AI risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and machine learning engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or deep learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
