Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning tasks, specifically focusing on Variational Quantum Eigensolvers (VQE) and Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA).
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum circuit designs.
- Analyze quantum error correction techniques to improve model fidelity and stability.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in quantum programming best practices.
- Conduct rigorous testing and benchmarking of AI models on hybrid classical-quantum processors.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
