Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for the 'Year 2026' technology roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt the market.
- Oversee the Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focused on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders and investors.
- Drive the adoption of predictive analytics to forecast technology trends and market shifts.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of futurists, engineers, and strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with a focus on future trends and innovation.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ years out) for enterprise-scale organizations.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, and Web3 architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex tech strategies to non-technical executives.
