Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical goals with business growth.
- Innovation Leadership: Scout, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the modernization of legacy systems and optimize our digital infrastructure for scalability and security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of tech strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and articulate a clear vision for future technological adoption.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the C-suite level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
