Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead AI & Automation Strategy: Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core product lines.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology) that could impact 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable engineering initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors to secure buy-in and funding.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal R&D labs focused on experimental technologies for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
