Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era solutions for climate and healthcare
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-7 year adoption cycles
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and domain experts
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE/Nature journals preferred)
