Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and long-term vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to integrate emerging AI models.
- Oversee the development of quantum-ready algorithms and high-performance computing systems.
- Identify and prototype disruptive technologies to gain a competitive edge by 2026.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy in future systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business growth objectives.
- Manage the R&D budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex, future-oriented technology strategies.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, cloud architecture, and edge computing paradigms.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale R&D projects with high budgetary responsibility.
- Certifications in AI Ethics or Data Strategy are a plus.
