Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the company's 2026 Strategic Vision and long-term roadmap.
- Analyze emerging market trends, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech, to predict technological shifts.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen automation and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define future product capabilities.
- Present quarterly progress updates and strategic pivot points to the Board of Directors.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets or partnership opportunities that align with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in strategic technology leadership, consulting, or futurist roles.
- Proven experience in 5+ year forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
- Deep understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
