Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead R&D efforts in emerging fields including Generative AI, Web3, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions.
- Identify and mitigate strategic technological risks and bottlenecks.
- Present quarterly progress and strategic insights to the executive board.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking within the engineering department.
- Evaluate potential tech acquisitions and strategic partnerships to accelerate our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, R&D, or strategic innovation.
- Proven track record of taking emerging technologies from concept to production scale.
- Deep understanding of next-gen AI models, spatial computing, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire technical teams.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
