Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning pipelines and Generative AI models tailored for large-scale deployment.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific industry applications, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- System Scalability: Oversee the MLOps infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines, data governance, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest technical standards across the organization.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML.
- Generative AI: Proven experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
