Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, high-density IT infrastructure across multiple stadium venues.
- Oversee the deployment of fan-facing technologies, including AR/VR experiences and mobile ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with global broadcasting networks to ensure seamless media transmission and data feeds.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and connectivity solutions.
- Ensure rigorous cybersecurity measures are in place to protect critical event and user data.
- Lead a dedicated team of on-site technicians and network engineers throughout the event lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive disaster recovery and technical contingency plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale event technology or IT infrastructure management.
- Proven track record of managing high-density network deployments (sports stadiums or arenas preferred).
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity protocols, cloud infrastructure, and IoT integration.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, globally scrutinized environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dallas and travel between regional host cities as needed.
