- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects and report directly to the C-Suite.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or managing R&D portfolios.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or adjacent futuristic domains.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
