The Role:
You will lead the architecture for multi-agent systems, ensuring scalability, safety, and high-performance reasoning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect autonomous AI agents capable of complex multi-step reasoning and planning.
- Integrate and orchestrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with external tools and APIs to create functional digital workers.
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models for specific domain tasks.
- Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI agent reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for next-gen AI tools.
- Maintain and monitor agent performance, debugging latency and accuracy issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
- Experience designing distributed systems and scalable APIs.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in cutting-edge technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
